How to Apply for Wholesale

   4. Estimated order volume (per month/season).
   5. Any specific products or styles you are interested in (optional).
2. Our wholesale team will review your application within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will send you our wholesale catalog, pricing list, and order terms.
3. Once you receive the catalog and pricing, you can place your first order by emailing our wholesale team with your product selections, quantities, and sizes. We will confirm your order and provide a payment invoice.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

• Pricing: Wholesale prices are exclusive of shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but we will notify you of any price changes before you place your order.
• Payment terms: We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. Full payment is required before we ship your order. For established partners, we may offer net-30 payment terms (subject to approval).
• Shipping: Wholesale orders are shipped via standard or express shipping (depending on your preference). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale partner. We can arrange shipping to your designated address or warehouse, and we will provide a tracking number once the order is shipped.
• Returns: Wholesale orders are non-returnable unless the products are defective or damaged. If you receive defective or damaged items, please contact our wholesale team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Minimum order quantity: The MOQ is 12 pieces per style (mix of sizes and colors). Orders below the MOQ will be processed at retail prices.
