At pepyss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your women’s swimwear, we offer a fair and straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted or processed.

To be eligible for a return, the swimwear must be in its original, unused condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. The hygiene sticker (if applicable) must not be removed, as swimwear is a personal care item and hygiene is our top priority.

Custom-made or personalized swimwear (e.g., custom sizes, prints, or designs) is non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” on the product page) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
How to Initiate a Return

Send an email to our customer service team at support@pepyss.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please include clear photos of the item(s) if you are returning due to a defect or damage.

Our customer service team will review your request within 2-3 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Package the eligible item(s) securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please retain your shipping tracking number for reference.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide your shipping receipt, and we will reimburse you the full shipping amount once we receive and verify the return.

If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will deduct any shipping fees from your refund if the item was originally shipped with free shipping.
Refund and Exchange Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

For refunds: We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account (usually 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution).

For exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, please specify your desired replacement in your return request. We will ship the replacement item to you once we approve the return, and you will only be responsible for any price difference between the original item and the replacement (if applicable).

If the return is rejected (e.g., item is worn, tags are missing, hygiene sticker is removed), we will ship the item back to you at your own expense, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
